What are the lead times before installation?
Installation typically occurs within 10 business days following measurement.

Dekton maintenance
My Dekton surface has some soap/water stains that have not dried properly. How do I remove them and prevent stains from appearing?
To remove all traces of soap from the surface, rinse with plenty of water and a clean cloth, and then dry with paper towels. If the stains remain, you should clean the surface with limescale remover, a blue scouring pad, and water. Always clean in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes. Then rinse with plenty of water and dry with paper towels.
How do I remove limescale stains?
You can generally get rid of limescale marks by using soap and water. Make sure to rinse well. If marks remain, use a diluted anti-limescale product.
Can I use a multipurpose disinfectant (e.g., Sanytol, Lysol, etc.) to clean my Dekton surface?
Yes, you can clean the surface with a disinfectant solution. We recommend diluted products. Undiluted products should not be left on for more than 5 minutes.
Can I use multipurpose cleaners?
Yes, these cleaners usually contain alcohol, making it easier to clean and remove soap residue.
What products should not be used to clean my surface?
Avoid using hydrofluoric acid products because they can damage the surface.
My Dekton surface has been scratched with a metal container.
How do I clean it?
Dilute a metal cleaner with water and use the mixture with a wet blue scouring pad (always use circular motions). You can also use cleaning vinegar or an anti-limescale product.
I have a chipped edge on my surface. What can I do?
The best way to prevent the edge from chipping is to round it off, especially in frequently used areas (i.e., under-surface sinks and near the dishwasher).
Is Dekton heat-resistant?
Yes. Dekton is designed to withstand hot objects (saucepans, frying pans, coffee makers, etc.) and electrical devices that give off heat. However, we still recommend you use mats or other protection for when contact with a hot surface is for a prolonged period of time, especially on 4 and 8 mm Dekton surfaces. Moreover, please avoid direct contact between the metal parts of electric grills, hotplates, and ovens, and with naked flames. Also avoid high temperatures from direct sources such as chimneys and barbecues.
A crack has appeared on the surface. Can it be repaired?
Unfortunately, no. Even if the crack is repaired, it will continue to grow so the repair will be short lived.
How can I remove adhesive residues from my Dekton surface?
By using our product! It’s a silicone and resin cleaner that protects the surface and keeps it sparkling. Apply the spray cleaner directly to the surface and rub on with a cloth or sponge until the adhesive marks are removed. You can use other silicone and resin removers as long as they do not affect the composition and care of Dekton surfaces.
The joint has come loose. How can I fix this?
By quickly getting in touch with us! We will be able to redo the joint and find the cause of the problem to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
