Requirements for completing the Dekton warranty form
- Provide your invoice/proof of purchase.
- Register the warranty on the website within 6 months from purchase.
Any product that has not been registered on the website within the stipulated 6 months of purchase, and has been purchased on or after January 2022, will retain a 3 year warranty if the invoice is retained. If purchased before January 2022, a 2 year warranty will be maintained if the invoice is retained.
Residential Warranty Standard
Only applicable to those Dekton surfaces and products that are sold and registered.
Public Spaces Warranty Project
Only applicable to those Dekton surfaces and products that are sold and registered for public uses.
Warranty Facades
Only applicable to those Dekton surfaces that are sold and registered for use on facades.
